Households locked out with keys left inside, offices needing their locks changed and residents wanting a spare key cut all feature among the experiences reported for this London locksmith, with the same name coming up repeatedly. Alan is singled out again and again for arriving when promised, often within twenty minutes, and for talking through the problem before starting. Customers writing about their orders describe being let back into a main door and a flat door, or having a balcony door handle and lock examined, without any damage to the existing hardware.

One thing mentioned again and again is the fixed price agreed in writing beforehand, which callers say was honoured on the day and covered everything including VAT, a reassurance given the bait-and-switch tactics some reviewers warn about elsewhere. Key and fob duplication is mentioned as quick and affordable, and office lock replacements are described as neatly finished with good-quality locks fitted. Reviewers also value the calm, unhurried explanations and the sense that the person attending genuinely knows the trade, leaving them confident about the work carried out and willing to call on the same locksmith a second time.
