Very rude! Check prices. Charging double the price and not refunding. Also charged me more than listed price on tag. Very rude customer service. Manager refused to talk to me. Disgrace! Be aware!

One of their employees was weaving through traffic dangerously and putting other people at risk. They swerved out, not checking mirrors and very nearly knocked off a cyclist whilst sat at traffic lights. Then proceeded to not even apologise or show any care, just smiling and laughing. They then decided to sit in the area dedicated for cyclists too. I'm not sure why they were in what seemed like such a rush, when London is a 20mph zone with lots of traffic at this time anyway. This kind of driving is really unnecessary and quite frankly shouldn't be happening. I hope you see sense in future? Maybe slow down and be a bit more respectful to others.

Our sincere thanks to Scott and Barry bros for helping our daughter who was locked out of her room due to a faulty lock late last night. Scott attended within 18 minutes and swiftly sorted the issue much to hers and our relief. We highly recommend this prompt, efficient and courteous service.
