Customers repeatedly describe the team as responsive, turning out at short notice for seized latches, keys trapped in car boots and doors that would not lock, with several noting that jobs were completed faster than anticipated and that the locksmith came properly equipped. Fair pricing comes up often, including one instance where a cheaper solution than the original telephone quote was suggested on arrival, and communication before and during the work is praised for being clear and quick.

Mark is named in multiple accounts, covering a patented key cut handled at the shop counter and years of repeat call-outs to homes and offices, and he is described as friendly, polite and willing to return and remedy a minor issue after the initial visit. Reviewers also highlight the care taken to match new hardware to the age and style of period properties, while the standard of workmanship on bedroom doors, front doors and PVC French doors is consistently described as excellent.
