Wright Locksmiths Edinburgh draws consistent praise from customers who describe Fraser as the central figure in their experiences, with his name appearing throughout accounts of work across the city. Several reviewers highlight his reliability and punctuality, noting that he arrives when he says he will, sometimes earlier, and communicates clearly before and after each job. Lock replacements feature prominently, including older and specialist locks that require sourcing, and customers repeatedly mention that he assesses each situation honestly rather than pushing unnecessary replacements or additional products.

Speed is a recurring theme, with lockouts resolved quickly and without damage to existing hardware, and repairs carried out so that doors work properly afterwards. Reviewers describe fair, reasonable pricing and quote comparisons in his favour, alongside a friendly and approachable manner that makes the process stress-free. Tidiness and care for the property come up, as does his willingness to explain what can and cannot be done. The tone across accounts is that of a professional who takes time to get the details right. The lock change on an old garage door stands out as an example of going further than expected.
