Great service, highly recommend. I was locked out my flat and phoned a couple of companies who quoted higher prices and said they would need to drill the lock and replace. I sent one picture to Fraser and he instantly confirmed no drill would be needed. He was able to unlock my door with no damage to the existing lock within 2 minutes of arriving.

Fraser went above and beyond changing the lock on an old garage from my grandparent’s time. He was excellent, from searching for and finding a speciality, old school lock, to constant communication, turning up early and being polite beyond compare.
