DONT USE THEM ! They are now part of national company called ‘We’ve Got The Key’ and they have the key but you don’t! Four weeks after paying up front I don’t have a look alike key for my Fiat Ducato motorhome which works. They have refused to refund my £282. Disgraceful customer service which is designed to fob you off. Try to speak to someone in authority, get the fob off. Steer well clear of Cox and Sharp (Practice)

Booked a service and was told a day and date but nobody turned up so had to chase the company and was told we wasn't added on the list. When the engineer finally turned up at 8pm we was told nothing could be done with a key programming when in fact it could but they wanted more money, poor service!

As someone who has never locked myself out of the car, until today! I had visions of an expensive visit to the dealership to sort this out, but a quick google found your company. One call and the locksmith was with me in around 20 minutes. After several attempts and a can of WD40, a stubborn door lock finally opened and I was able to retrieve my keys and make sure it didn't happen again. Many thanks for making what could have been a disaster into a short inconvenience.

Fast and professional service, I was even able to have an upgraded key for my car! Highly recommend, hopefully I won't lose my key again but if I do would definitely use Cox & Sharpe in future.

Great Service. I needed a new key card, Tazz responded very quickly to my enquiry and was able to provide an appointment at my home address. The new key card is sturdier than the original and works great. Highly recommended!
