I requested a copy of a key of a nissan Micra and was denied this as they said it was risky because if something were to go wrong they would lose 600 pounds. A few minutes later I found someone else within the same company who accepted to carry this service out and even at a cheaper price. This is unacceptable service as it seems quite like a scammer business.
