Had an issue with my VW Caddy today, battery died and the keys wouldn't work in the doors as someone has changed the barrel in the ignition but not the doors. Shaf came out and managed to open the door, cut a new blade key, and got me back on the road. Top service 👌

I've travelled about 30 mins to this garage to programme my remote key unfortunately the staff didn't know what he was doing. Wasted my journey and around 45, mins waiting for him to programme my vehicle.
