Tony came to fix my door lock today. He arrived on time, discovered the fault and effected a repair in a very short time. He also examined another door for me and identified the fault. I was very pleased with the repair and Tony's advice. All this at a very reasonable price.
Tony responded to text and arranged an appointment promptly. He kept me updated with his arrival time And was punctual. Tony was honest and did not tell me I needed a new Lock or anything that I did not need so I do feel like I trust his professionalism , meaning I highly recommend him to others .
Locked myself out while house-sitting for my sister and called Tony. He explained he was with another customer but kept me updated throughout and let me know when he was on his way. He arrived when promised, was friendly, professional and had me back inside in no time. Excellent old-fashioned customer service at a great price. Highly recommend!
Tony was great, let me know the night before when he’d be attending and was punctual the next day. Sorted my key out quickly and was very friendly. Plus my dog liked him, that goes a long way. Cheers 👍
I rang Tony mid morning on a Saturday and he came around a few hours later and what seemed like a 10 minute turned into a couple of hours. But Tony was determined to win and after ruling several different problems out Tony managed to change the gearbox in lock mechanism and adjusted a few other things so that I could actually lock the door as it was stuck in open position. And mentioned to him that I would recommend him to anyone as I pleased with both the work carried and how quick he was able to get to my location.
After our door failed to lock and my husband trying his hardest to repair it we admitted defeat and called Tony. Tony was so helpful kept us updated with texts at what time he would arrive. Tony mamanged to fix the door and we must say how professional he was. Would recommend . A star service
He was brilliant I site I work at had all its keys nicked so we had to sub-contact out and the best quote was Tony's He was fast multiple locks and padlocks and talk through what he was doing and got on with it. I would definitely use him if I got locked out.
