Superb service from James, who arrived half an hour after my phone call to take on a back door where the locks had jammed and which wouldn't open. James quickly explained how he would tackle the job and clearly explained the costs of both tasks which needed to be done. James diagnosed the problem, after working hard to get the door open and took a lot of care to get the best possible results. The door is now opening and closing properly and I am very grateful to James for his excellent service, transparency about the costs and the time and care he took. Would highly recommend and James will be my first point of contact for any future lock issues.

Great service! I had trouble locking my back door and James Cardiff Locksmith came within the hour on a Sunday to change the gear box. A couple of weeks later the hinge broke on my window and I couldn’t close it fully. I didn’t hesitate in contacting James Cardiff Locksmith again who came to assess the job, ordered the part and completed the work within 24 hours.

James came to the rescue when my flat door lock decided to break on the Saturday of a bank holiday weekend, leaving us locked out of the flat. After a whirlwind of contacting locksmiths hoping that someone would accept the job, I came across James, who arrived exactly when he said he would. The lock had to be removed and replaced, and James did a great job. He was professional, friendly, and communicated well throughout the process. I'm very thankful for his help!

Dan came to the house at really short notice. He tried a repair job and did lots of diagnosis for free, but couldn't fix. He gave a quote for the full job to come back but with no expectation to go with him. We did find a cheaper quote and went elsewhere but wanted to leave a review anyway - Dan was really nice and professional and didn't need to not charge us for what he did do. Thoroughly recommend and I would use in future!

Amazing service from James. We desperately needed a key cut for a vehicle and rang James one morning. He managed to fit us into his busy schedule the same day and sorted a new key. James managed everything himself as the vehicle was inside a secured location. James is very professional and provides a speedy service. Would highly recommend him.
