Several reviewers describe him sourcing hard-to-find parts, notably around Christmas when stockists had closed, and completing the work within hours.

A point that comes up often is the reasonable price quoted for the job, with no sense of being overcharged for an emergency call-out. Communication is praised too, from a prompt reply to the initial enquiry through to a courteous manner on site. Tidiness and care with the property are mentioned, and his friendly, knowledgeable approach leaves customers comfortable asking for advice. The work is described as efficient without being rushed, and one reviewer notes his persistence with a stubborn mechanism. Being locked in at home was resolved quickly, with a suitable replacement handle sourced on the spot. Belfast customers value having a dependable name for a lock crisis.
