What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Vehicle lockouts and replacement car keys recur throughout the feedback for this Belfast locksmith, where the overriding impression is of help arriving far sooner than expected. A point that comes up often is how swiftly a van or car was reached after a first call, with evening call-outs attended on the same night and quotes given before anyone set off. Customers describe being kept updated throughout, told when the technician would arrive and reassured while waiting. The practical side covers new keys cut and programmed on site, existing keys reprogrammed, seized van door locks freed, ignition barrels swapped and vehicles opened after keys were locked inside.

Completed keys are said to work faultlessly, and the charge is consistently described as reasonable, often well below a dealership quote. The team's manner is singled out too, with Mark credited for putting one stranded driver at ease and the female fitters praised for their professionalism. Accounts also mention a remote key supplied at no cost, duplicate keys produced for vans, a blank ordered and then fitted at a customer's home, and helpful guidance offered on the spot. Several reviewers highlight the same-day turnaround, one recalling two keys made within a day.

An incredibly friendly and professional service, the team were able to order the blank, call out to my house to program and cut within 3 working days at more than half the cost of what the dealership had quoted. While I hope I never lose a car key, id be happy to use their services again. 10/10!
