Scottish Locksmith Union draws consistent praise for the speed and reliability of its response, with reviewers repeatedly noting that enquiries are answered quickly and a locksmith is dispatched without delay. Justinas, named in several accounts, is described as punctual, communicative and skilled, replacing jammed or broken handles, repairing sliding patio door tracks and resolving faulty composite doors that other firms had declined to tackle. Customers highlight his willingness to explain what is being done, answer questions and offer advice on securing a property, and several describe the work as neat and the pricing as fair for the standard achieved.

A recurring theme is the handling of urgent situations: a toddler locked behind a door, keys left inside a flat, a patio door refusing to close, all resolved on the same day with no damage and no fuss. The ability to source hard-to-find parts, including hinges for bi-fold doors, comes up as a particular strength, saving at least one household from replacing its doors entirely. Reviewers also mention the friendliness of the visit and the clear communication from first call to completion. Door lock replacement and door repair emerge as the most frequently cited jobs.
