Key snapped in front door and David came next morning. Fixed quickly and explained what caused the issue and checked all other keys as could be a potential annotated lock may be required. Very friendly and professional and would use again and recommend.
100 percent first class service? Was at my home within the hour? The job was done to very high standards, also David me me feel at ease.
Great service and couldn’t recommend highly enough. Had an issue quite late in the evening, called David first thing in the morning and he was over in less than 2 hours to sort out. Quick, efficient and quality service.
Excellent service. Really friendly and incredibly helpful. Needed a front double glazed door locking mechanism replaced after emergency services had to force entry. Went out of their way to do an amazing repair, very thorough and considerate. Would highly recommend.
Excellent service - the kind of tradesman you wish you could deal with all the time. David sorted out my lock with no fuss & good communication and gave great extra advice as well. He clearly takes pride in his work and is committed to providing good honest service.
Brilliant service from David who replaced the lock on our UPVC door. Great communication throughout, and came out quickly. I'd happily recommend him to anyone needing a locksmith.
David was quick, efficient and friendly. From the time I asked for help, he was quick to act, called and arranged to come to my home. He arrived when he said he would and quickly fixed my door lock, replaced the handle and realigned my door. Job well done. I would definitely recommend David to all.
