All engineers are CRB checked. React Locksmiths is part of the React Plumbing Services Ltd group of companies. Services include UPVC door and window lock repairs, replacement or gaining entry, mortice lock picking, repair or replacement, Euro lock picking, replacement or repair, emergency door repair, and fitting extra locks.

Emergency lock replacement and forced entry work forms the core of what customers describe, with callers in Sheffield reporting that assistance arrives rapidly even during the night. Several reviewers note that a technician named Ray attended following a break-in and fitted a new lock and handle, and he is described as courteous and well informed.

Restoring access without harming the door is a point that comes up often, including a job where a teenager had become trapped in a bedroom and the locksmith worked alongside the household to release him. Late-night call-outs recur across the accounts, covering locks that would not turn once the door had closed and bookings made at short notice. Praise also extends to changing locks on recently bought homes, mending a UPVC window fitting and swapping out handles that had failed, with customers observing that the correct tools were carried and the task finished within minutes.

Charges for night attendance are considered reasonable, and telephone contact ahead of the visit is spoken of warmly. The work is portrayed as swift, professional and clean, leaving no damage after entry. Residents across the district appear to value the blend of fast reaction and careful craftsmanship, particularly when a difficult lock defeated other attempts.
