Wasted my money! Ask me on the day and I would have said the service was great. Competitive price and arrived in reasonable time. Got a basic manual key to use as a spare and an electric key cut. Within weeks I realised that whilst it worked in the ignition, the spare did not work in the lock so not much use really! The locksmith wanted me to work around his schedule and travel to him to get this sorted but I wasn't prepared to do that so accepted a refund for the key. Even more weeks pass before I realise that not only has the battery for the electric key already died but this key cannot work manually as it doesn't fit inside the door lock either!! Thank God I wasnt stranded far from home. Called and left a message letting him know my main key had the same issue and asking when he could fix but my call was not answered or returned. I left a text the next day. Same thing. It's a couple weeks since then and now no call from my number will connect so I can only imagine my number is blocked! What a waste of £150. It's not small money and the basics of a key should be that it fits in its locks. It's great that the keys work in the ignition but if you cannot get inside the car.....??!? To block someone and not respond once you know there is an issue is the worst kind of service. Mistakes happen. Things can go wrong but refusing to fix your errors and hide from someone after taking their money is plain wrong. If service goes well first time then great. Lucky you! BUT if you find an issue with the service afterwards don't expect it to be made right. AVOID!!!

Top service. Can’t fault a single thing. Came out quick to replace a key whilst I was at work & he arrived on time to meet me & complete within 30mins. He then also helped me with an issue I had with my battery and sorted it within 20 mins after 2 weeks of sitting outside my house. Ayden knows cars inside&out. Best about ! Perfect customer service too 🤝
