Newcastle Car Keys

Newcastle Car Keys has operated in vehicle key replacement for almost ten years and is a trading name of Car Key Assist Ltd. The business carries over 200 different key types and covers all of Tyne and Wear, Northumberland and County Durham. It specialises in non-destructive vehicle entry and car key replacement, and guarantees to beat the main dealer price for duplicate keys.

Quick, friendly help with car keys is the theme that runs through the feedback for this Newcastle upon Tyne business, with reviewers repeatedly describing how fast jobs are turned around and how straightforward the whole process feels. Customers mention spare keys cut and programmed for models including a Suzuki Vitara and a Seat Tarraco, an unusual 2023 vehicle that other independent key services could not handle, and several note that the work was completed while they waited, in one instance two remote keys replaced on the spot.

Getting back into a car after a lost key is described as a same-hour rescue, with the team arriving promptly and staying cheerful throughout. Pricing is a point that comes up often: customers describe quotes as reasonable and competitive, and one account of a suspected key fault on a BMW ends with the owner being advised against an expensive replacement rather than being sold something unnecessary, which is described as honest and free of any hard sell. Josh is singled out by name for excellent service, and communication from the first enquiry to the finished key is described as clear and responsive.
