Our door mechanism went and they sorted ordering a new one, fitting a temporary one while that was delivered and then fitting the new one. This was a retrofit and turned into a long difficult job over 3 visits. They sorted it all out and we are very happy with our new mechanism which is nice and smooth. Mase and Jesus did a great job!

What an efficient and reassuring company. My sister was locked out of her flat and was pretty distressed. We called several companies which all had pretty dodgy websites and when I rang them they sounded unwelcoming and even AI generated. Explained the situation to N1 locksmiths and they were very reassuring, stayed on the phone the whole time, I did not pay a penny more than what they quoted and had sorted everything in really good time. They even explained to myself and my sister the efforts they are going to stop locksmith fraud. Commendable company. Would really really recommend. 10/10

The gentlemen of N1 Locksmiths did an excellent job of what was a difficult lock and full gear replacement. They encountered structural problems with the door and frame design of the older hardware and adapted well with the new upgrade. Extremely professional.
