We were on holiday and there was an emergency at home, where my 81 year old mother had to go to my house to sort it out. On leaving, the key would not work in the lock, and she needed someone very short notice. Our door is not standard, so not an easy replacement for the lock, but Kevin came out very short notice, worked with my mum, treated her with utmost respect and care and sorted the issue quickly and fully. He made sure everything was working, and that she was ok. I only learned about the lock issue on my return home, and am so grateful for the service we received. My mum cannot say enough good things and we would recommend to anyone! Thank you so much Kevin!

Billy was super quick to arrive on site . Got my lock replaced in 30mins . Defo will be keeping a hold of Billys number in case i get any more lock issues. Highly recommend , nice guy
