Key Magic Auto Locksmith

Key Magic Auto Locksmith is a locksmith business serving South Yorkshire and surrounding areas. The owner has been a motor vehicle mechanic for over 30 years, with the last 15 years spent working for one of the UK's leading roadside recovery services.

The business supplies and fits advanced, certified security locks approved by all major insurers, and provides industry-standard security locks for all types of vans. All locks are fitted to British Standard. Their main services include gaining emergency entry, lock changes, and lock repairs. All products come with a 12 month guarantee. They offer no call-out charge. They have accredited engineers.

Car key replacement, remote fob repair and spare keys are the jobs that dominate the accounts, with customers describing a mobile service that reaches them at home or at the roadside around Sheffield. Speed is a recurring theme: jobs are said to be finished in minutes or within the hour, and punctuality is praised, one customer noting the locksmith arrived exactly as arranged. Les, his son and Alex are named repeatedly for politeness, helpfulness and a willingness to explain the work, and those names appear alongside an efficient, no-fuss manner.

An aspect raised across a number of reviews is the saving against main dealer prices, with Insignia and Kia Picanto keys repaired or replaced for a fraction of alternative quotations, including two key holders swapped for far less. The workmanship is described as professional and thorough, covering remote repairs, duplicates and full replacements, while the tidy approach meant customers did not have to leave home. Clear communication runs through the visits, from the initial enquiry to booking and the completed job.
