Great work by Noah today. helped us fix 3 doors which was jammed shut and really hard to close... as we just moved in and was panicked on who to call. Friendly guy explained the whole lock mechanism. Definitely knows what he is doing. Also gave us insights on how to fix it if it does jam up again. Charged us reasonable price too... definitely recommend noah!!! Brilliant work thank U so much

I had a couple of very important keys, and when the manufacturer-supplied duplicate key broke, I couldn’t risk the same thing happening to my only remaining key. These were specialist keys that required not only highly accurate cutting but also genuine blanks ordered directly from the manufacturer. After searching for a reliable locksmith, I found Grays, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The keys were cut to an exceptional standard, the pricing was very reasonable, and the customer service was first class from start to finish. When it comes to important keys, I honestly wouldn’t consider going anywhere else in Nottingham. Grays delivered outstanding workmanship, excellent value, and complete peace of mind. Absolutely brilliant job done by the boys brough 2 of my roof boxes in which both annoying opened on the same side because the other sides were broken and they stripped down both and made them good as new as well as sorting me with new keys. I had one Lock that was stuck with sand in and the other with a snapped key that you couldn’t see inside lock. They did an amazing job and managed it in the same day which I was very impressed with. I didn’t realise they did roof boxes at first but I was very impressed with their work and determination getting the job done to the highest standard I highly recommend. Thanks to their quick finishing of the job I was able to take both boxes on holiday which I was very happy about. Roof boxes means true holiday mode 😎

I went to find a replacement lock for a very old aluminium porch door. I had the best service I can remember for a very long time. Adam went above and beyond to help source the lock and handles and then even cut slots in the pass-through bolts. I'm so happy with the service and Adam is amazing. Well done.

Couldn't get a garage key cut at any of my local hardware stores: I had lost my set of keys and needed to get a spare for the garage. I was told the key was really old, not one they could cut on their machine, and they told me I'd have to go somewhere like Grays Locksmiths...a bit of a trek for me. It took me time to locate ( a good landmark= MacDonalds, and it's 4 minutes walk from there!) It was no problem for Grays, a specialist locksmith's and within less than 20 minutes John, a very efficient and pleasant locksmith, presented me with two new spare keys. Brilliant!

I needed a new key for my daughter's new car . I contacted Grays as I had used them many times before. I agreed a day for their technicians to come out . On the day I got a phone call to say they were on their way and they went through the process. Great knowledge, very clean and tidy work. Very pleasant to talk to. Nothing too much trouble. I would highly recommend and certainly would use them again and again. Oh and a great price as well.
