Paul and Dean managed to get our new safe open and discovered the manufacturer fault in the mechanism. They also replaced the sticking cylinder lock in another door. Polite, informative, professional, helpfu. Paul spoke to the safe manufacturer to try and identify what the fault was and then used that knowledge to eventually solve the problem. An excellent service. Thank you

I collected 2 new keys that had been cut for my front door by Taxi. When I got home I couldn’t get them to work properly. These keys were for family and friend to get in if I was out as my husband is terminally ill. I phoned Halls Locksmiths and they sent someone out to sort it. I had key cut some years back that was ok It appears my door frame is now slightly out or the door has slightly warped and was causing the problem. The young man sorted it out so we can now use the keys. I was frightened of being locked out and my husband being unable to let me in. Thank you to all at Halls Locksmiths Nottingham.
