Called up needing a lock urgently changed, and Sam quickly picked up the call & went out of his way to help. He came round within 2.5 hrs flat, very honestly explained that only needed to change the inside of the lock (to open with different keys), then took about 5 mins to do it, checked it several times from inside and out, and also checked the other lock worked well. He also gave some key security advice, and couldn't have been more helpful, friendly, polite, and lovely to deal with. He also charged very reasonably. Can't recommend company more highly for Sam's skills, integrity, service and high standards. A pleasure to come across such a long-standing, family company (going since 1896) still maintaining it own high standards. Thank you.

Spoke to Adam on the phone thinking I needed someone to come out and fix my lock, he told me to try some WD-40 first, describing exactly where to point the nozzle, and call back if it didn't sort it. Worked a charm. That's the kind of honest advice that's genuinely rare these days. It's clear this business has been around a while, and you can see why. They're not trying to squeeze every penny out of you, they'd rather use their expertise to actually help. Simple as that. If you're reading this, go with these guys. You'll be in safe hands.
