Excellent service. Lionel came right away and resolved the issue with our garage door lock. He also recommended a solution to stop the problem happening again.

Got new keys cut at the shop for my front door and they didn’t appear to work. Took the lock to the shop with new keys. Discovered the lock was faulty. Lionel went out of his way to help me. He replaced the lock and supplied extra copies of the keys within a couple of hours. Could not have asked for a better service. Thanks Lionel and Jim, first class service 👍

Lionel is a wonderful locksmith and fixed our front door lock a couple of years ago and then last night my back door broke and we couldn’t open it ( we have 2 dogs so no access to the garden is tricky!) it’s Saturday and I texted Lionel and he managed to fit me in between jobs and was here within an hour of my original text. He fixed the back door lock and is a real life saver. Thank you again Lionel, amazing service.
