The recurring theme in feedback is the speed of response, with reviewers repeatedly mentioning that a lost or broken key was sorted within a couple of hours of making contact, and that Michael turns up when he says he will.

Customers in several reviews describe keys being cut and programmed at the van for vehicles including a Nissan Note, with jobs finished successfully even when other providers declined to attend. The expertise shown in gaining entry to an older vehicle with a broken door lock barrel, without resorting to breaking a window, is another point that comes up often. Pricing is described as fair and frequently cheaper than the alternatives customers had considered. Communication is praised, from prompt email replies to clear explanations on arrival, and the manner of the locksmith is consistently noted as friendly, patient and chatty.

Repeat business is a feature, with one customer returning for four keys across different cars. Reviewers also highlight how substantial the replacement keys feel compared with originals, and the persistence shown when a difficult key resisted programming before finally working. The work covers car key cutting and programming, emergency vehicle entry and replacement keys for older models.
