Cardiff lock and safe to the rescue again!! Great service from these guys, quick and friendly service with a lot of knowledge in the industry. I have been using them for 10+ years for my rental properties and never had an issue. Great service

I am disabled and need to change three locks on my property with 'key alike' and east internal locking. I asked for a quote to do this (I needed an approximate cost for a grant to have this done) but was told I need to measure all three lock barrels myself, which I cannot due to severe dexterity issues. After explaining my issues, I was (long story short) told to measure it of not have it done. So much for being helpful and 'way to go' to help disabled customers. Ever heard of S20(3) of the Equalities Act 2010 and a little thing called 'reasonable adjustments'?

Extremely helpful & friendly. Really went out of there way to try and cut a key to open my roof rack to which I had lost the keys. They even rang the manufacturer whilst I waited to obtain a keycode. Alas, all attempts failed but not for the want of trying.

Really helpful and knowledgeable team with highly appreciated skillset that helped me out with a ridiculously low fee for a job which would have taken me forever to sort by myself. Absolutely would recommend, cheerful and friendly staff as well!

My partner had an emergency situation with a bike lock key snapped in two. They were able to cut new keys for the lock on the spot! Very friendly and helpful.

Really pleasant and helpful. Advised to try the keys with the door open in case they got stuck as they are copies of copies but in fact they worked perfectly and didn't even catch. Very pleased. Thank you!
