Birmingham Car Keys

Birmingham Car Keys was founded in 2010 by Mark Russell. It began as a one-man operation, with Mark working from a single van. The company has since expanded to a fleet of three vans and a dedicated workshop. The team has over 17 years' experience in auto locksmith services. The company specialises in Mercedes-Benz vehicles. It covers Birmingham, the West Midlands, Leicestershire and Warwickshire. It offers auto locksmith services for cars, vans, trucks and motorbikes.

Replacement keys and fobs for cars form the core of the work described by motorists who contact this Birmingham specialist, with same-day attendance and rapid callouts recurring throughout the feedback. Drivers report faults being diagnosed at the roadside or on the driveway and a working key produced on the spot, frequently within half an hour of arrival.

Mark and Matt are named repeatedly for their attentiveness and for keeping customers informed between the initial enquiry and the visit, while Dave is credited with explaining what a job would involve before a time was agreed. Accounts cover damaged keys, lost keys with no spare, key and fob programming, ignition and immobiliser faults and, in one case, an engine immobilised by another tradesman.

One thing mentioned again and again is that quotes landed well below what main dealers had asked, and several owners mention returning for a second job or travelling a considerable distance on the strength of earlier work. A programmed fob that misbehaved was put right straight away, and smaller touches, such as getting a car radio working again during the same visit, earned particular goodwill. The thread running through the accounts is capable, friendly workmanship that leaves the vehicle usable again without a trip to a dealership.
