Auto Locks 24/7

I can't recommend Ricky at Auto Locks 24/7 enough. I messaged him on Friday evening about a key fob problem, and he responded almost immediately, arranging an appointment for Saturday evening. He kept me updated throughout on his arrival time, and was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue with my key quickly and had it resolved in no time. He even tried to decline payment given how straightforward the fix turned out to be, a genuinely nice touch. Excellent service throughout, and I'd have no hesitation using him again or recommending him to anyone in need of a car locksmith.

Ricky sorted me out with a new Maxus key fob. He seemed to be the only person in the central belt that was able to work on these vans! A life saver!

A really wonderful service from Ricky! He was efficient,, courteous and obviously very knowledgeable. I phoned him late morning and he was at my home to cut/ program my new key a few hours later, keeping me informed by Whatsapp message as to his whereabouts. I would highly recommend him. I lost my car keys on the golf course and Ricky was so helpful straight from the first message after asking for a quote, he phoned me within minutes, he explained his quote and guided me through the work that he was going to carry out and explained everything in detail. He turned up on time and when he said he would and very reasonably priced. He’s very friendly and I even learnt a few things. I could not recommend him highly enough if you ever get locked out your car or need keys replaced or reprogrammed. 10 out of 10 service! Thanks again Ricky for saving the day! :)

Ricky is a hero, locked myself out of a car and had a customer coming to collect the vehicle in a couple of hours. Ricky came from an hour away to help me out and had the job done in seconds. Would highly recommend. Great service!
