John was outstanding. Helped me out on the phone to secure the door temporarily in a way I could understand and manage with no expertise before coming the next day (Sunday) to assess the repair required. John seemed genuinely passionate about his work and returned on Tuesday with the part and repaired the door to a high standard. He explained how to best avoid the issue in the future and the price was more than reasonable. Could not recommend more if you need his services

Phoned to ask if he could do a simple lock change on my new flat , he was very plausible on the phone and asked me to whattsapp some pictures, its now been over a week and I've had no reply.
