Access Granted Northeast

Access Granted Northeast is a locksmith business established in 2025, based in Newcastle upon Tyne. It provides locksmith, vehicle coding, diagnostics and residential locksmith services. The company covers Newcastle, Gateshead and more than 40 towns and communities throughout the North East. It offers Ghost Immobiliser installation designed to protect vehicles against key cloning, relay theft and unauthorised use.

It provides mileage correction and dashboard recalibration following instrument cluster repairs or replacements. Vehicle diagnostics, fault code reading, ECU coding, module programming and electronic fault finding are also available. Residential locksmith services include household lock repairs, lock replacements, key cutting and emergency home lockout assistance.

Prompt arrival and rapid completion of work are the themes that surface most often in feedback on this Newcastle upon Tyne locksmith. Accounts describe a call answered in the morning, an arrival within the hour, and vehicle lock or key problems resolved in a quarter of an hour or so. Customers in several reviews describe being kept informed of the estimated time of arrival, and one notes that a lock change came without a call-out charge.

Vehicle key replacement, including work on a Range Rover, and gaining entry to cars with keys locked inside feature repeatedly, alongside domestic lock changes after a key became stuck. Ruhel, also named as Roo in some accounts, is singled out for a manner described as professional, friendly and genuinely helpful. Several accounts note fair pricing for the work carried out.

Tidiness and clear communication before and after the job also come up, as does the impression of a small operation where the same person handles the call and the repair. A theme running through the feedback is the willingness to go beyond the basic task, whether that means sourcing and cutting replacement car keys or returning when a customer finishes work, with follow-up contact to confirm the fix had held.
