Emergency lock work and replacement locks are the services that dominate the feedback, with the majority of accounts centred on how promptly problems are dealt with after a call. Reviewers repeatedly mention the speed of attendance, describing how a faulty mortice mechanism, a door that would not open or a patio door lock issue was attended to either the same afternoon or very soon after first contact. Andy is named in numerous accounts and is consistently portrayed as courteous, approachable and direct, taking time to clarify how a mechanism functions and how a door can be maintained to avoid the same trouble arising again.

A recurring observation concerns the standard of the finished result, with replacements and repairs said to leave doors operating more freely than they had previously. Customers also refer to straightforward communication when scheduling the visit, a reasonable price and efficient, clean working. Mending lock mechanisms, fitting new locks to front and patio doors and restoring access for someone shut out are the jobs most frequently described.
