Our lock failed to function suddenly this evening so we called this company. They let you know about the possible fee with detailed breakdown upfront over the phone. It took them just 30mins to get on site. Jim who helped us replacing the whole lock system, not only very polite and efficient, and finished the work within 15mins, but he also showed us where the faulty part is and the possible cause, checked the alignment of our door, etc. And there is no surprise charge and we paid exactly what we were told. To our suprise, the company also offer 1 year warranty after the replacement which gives me peace of mind. Highly recommended! 😊
