What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

A swift arrival in a stressful moment, paired with an unhurried and reassuring manner, is the theme that surfaces most often in feedback for this Edinburgh emergency locksmith. James is named repeatedly, praised for turning up when promised, explaining what would be done before starting and laying floor coverings to protect the surroundings. Accounts commonly describe being shut out during an evening or on a public holiday, and finding the door opened or the lock replaced within minutes of the call, often with no damage to the existing hardware.

Reviewers often mention that new locks were fitted quickly and worked perfectly afterwards, including on a set of french doors and at a communal tenement entry where a persistent fault needed return visits before the cause was overcome. The retrieval of a broken key from a lock and the handling of a failed mechanism are also recurring jobs, with customers noting how a potentially alarming situation was made straightforward. Contact before and after the work is a point that comes up often, as is the option of settling the bill by phone on the spot. A friendly, efficient approach and a neatly finished result are described throughout.
