Absolutely brilliant. Came out quickly after midnight after we were let down by another company who turned out to be scammers. Richy was very friendly, helpful and trustworthy. He managed to pick the lock without any drilling and price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

Really excellent service! Late on Sunday night (around 23.00), I realised I had left my keys in my flat. Tried the agency with no luck and then a couple other locksmith services but no one answered my call. I called Richy, who answered almost immediately and said he could be at my flat within 40 minutes. He arrived in a timely manner and was very professional; he managed to get the lock open in less than 5 minutes. The fee (£105) was completely worth it in such a stressful situation (it was the middle of the night & I had a train to take the next morning at 9.00). From realising I didn’t have my keys to getting back into my flat, it was about 1 hour thanks to Richy’s help. Again, a fantastic service — would highly recommend!!

Top man, drove from Inverkiething to Portobello at 1am to let me in to my flat as had locked myself out. Very friendly, professional and got our door open within a couple of minutes. On another note, one of my dogs who is usually quite unsure of new people took to Richy immediately which is unusual, you can take what you will from that but the is genuine for sure.
