I'd just like to say how professional, curtious & helpful Tom was in sorting my VW Golf key that had lost its signal. He rang me before setting off & arrived on time when he said he would. The job only took him 10 minutes, now I've got 2 working keys again. I had previously spoke to other locksmiths that messed me about, I'll only use CAT Autokeys from now. All in all, a great bunch of lads who are very knowledgeable &will always help you to save money if they can! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! Thanks again Tom

Amazing service today to help me as my 86 year old mum had locked herself out of her car at the supermarket. Arrived exactly at the time specified and kept me informed or eta by text. I also got to speak to real people and not a mass call centre when arranging the visit. Thank-you. You helped me resolve a stressful situation very quickly. Would totally recommend.

Needed a spare key for my Discovery 3 in Jan. All done very quickly but in May could not lock or unlock the car, the battery had died. This review is not about the dead battery - sometimes stuff just happens - its that fact that with no quibble a brand new fob was supplied and programmed. Sorted.

tom came out to me in an emergency after i had been robbed in the early hours of the day. i was back in my car by 4:45pm after contacting them at 3pm. he did a brilliant job and would defo reccomend to anyone :)

I can't stress this enough. Andy is one of a kind! We had our house burgled and my van keys were stolen which should have been a pretty straightforward and fairly simple fix by any reputable key guy who has the right equipment. In my case this didn't happen and the 1st guy essentially did much more damage than good and pretty much put my van in a very expensive fix situation. I had another 2 very experienced and to be honest good guys look at it who would have easily been able to put it right if it wasn't already damaged by the first, but unfortunately it was too far gone for them to retrieve the files that were basically cleared from the 1st guy. Andy came out with the underground from my side that I'd almost certainly need to get it into the main dealers and had little hope it could be fixed from the feedback I'd had from the previous reputable guys that came out. Unfortunately he couldn't get it going...... but he said, "Don't worry, I now know what wrong and 100% I will get it running for you" he came back after the weekend and he was right he did get it sorted. It was going to cost me in excess of £2000 to put right at the main dealers with new parts that with Andys knowledge didn't actually need to be done. His skill set and knowledge is rare and there can't be many guys out there if any that could get my van back running after the very complicated situation I found myself in by having a cowboy out first. It turns out that re coding new keys can quite easily be done wrong if the wrong equipment and not having the correct training is used. PLEASE PLEASE be careful and don't rush into it like I did.
