Excellent service, tried 15 different locksmiths, of which 3 decided to not show up. Didn't get the guys name but he is an absolute legend, showed up within an hour and got me into the flat within 2 minutes. Don't bother with other locksmiths if you're in the area covered by them.

I can highly recommend this company for both efficiency and customer service. I phone them at 10 o'clock on Wednesday and explained the problem I had with my ba door lock. Kris immediately identified the problem and quoted me a price. He came out 2hours later and after strike Ping the door and confirming the fault he advised that he did not have the exact lock in the van as it was an old model. He was able to fit a temporary lock and advised he would source the correct model for me. He phoned me the following day to advise he now had the lo k and would fit it the following day if that was suitable. He arrived on Friday as arranged and after spending about an hour fitting the lock and realineing the door advised that it was now repaired and I would be billed over the weekend. The bill was as firtst quoted and as I have said I could not fault the service and would highly recommend them.

First class service , arrived on time , identified the problem, had a replacement lock fitted within 10 minutes , I would highly recommend 911 Locksmiths.
