Absolutely brilliant service. My mum suffers with dementia and her carers lost/took her keys. I was worried who had her keys and could enter her property and we needed the locks changed asap. 2 door locks were replaced and spare keys cut. Even sorted out a heavy closing door. They didn't leave until they were satisfied my mum knew how to use the new locks. Great service and a very good price. Great communication throughout and even afterwards. I would 100% recommend. I wish there was more companies like this, well done on your excellent customer service 👏.

Great service from James. Had a patio door that had fallen out of alignment and couldn't be locked/closed properly. Messaged to see if this could be looked at asap. James came round the next day and sorted it quickly so the doors now once again lock. Easy and straightforward, would highly recommend!
