What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Kwick Keys Autolocksmith Birmingham has built its reputation on attending vehicle lock and key problems across the city, and the accounts left by customers consistently point to speed and reliability. Several describe a technician arriving sooner than expected, sometimes within half an hour, and one customer notes that a same-day request was met without fuss. The work itself covers replacement car keys, spare keys, key cutting and reprogramming, including cases where an existing key had worn and affected the barrel, and one instance where a key ordered elsewhere proved faulty and a generic replacement from stock was supplied and coded instead.

Reviewers frequently point to fair and reasonable pricing, a point that comes up often alongside honesty. Usman is named for returning to programme a replacement key at no extra charge once it arrived, and for persevering until a worn Ford Transit key had been cut and coded. Customers also value the clear communication, the courteous manner of the technician, and the receipt supplied afterwards, which they read as a sign of professionalism.

Although not an emergency or urgent, Usman from Kwick keys attended quickly to program my spare car key. Unfortunately there was an issue with the key that I had ordered, so he provided and programmed a generic key from his stock for me to use. I planned to order a new key suitable for the vehicle and he offered to program that new key for free, which he did when the key arrived. Excellent service and good price.
