Pip came out in 10 minutes for me on a Saturday night when I'd locked myself out. She was really friendly and helpful, with a quick and efficient process for a very fair price. Would highly recommend 😊

Key Change Locksmiths were with me within 20 minutes of my call and not only fixed my lock problem but gave me free advice on another lock on a different door. Extremely helpful and knowledgable. I would recommend.

Wow - what a refreshing experience. Pip came out within the hour to change a lock on a Saturday. Quick and efficient, and very reasonable price. Nothing was a problem. Highly recommended

Amazing service. Pip was passing when I was having problems with my door lock and couldn’t have been more accommodating. Super efficient, and reasonably priced. So pleased I’ve found her - a lovely local business!

What can I say - both Charlie and Pip were so friendly and professional from the beginning. I called in the afternoon and by 9.30am the next morning, the problem was sorted and at a really affordable price. Charlie was so kind and really reassuring and helpful and Pip went above and beyond to sort out the door lock, making any necessary adjustments. I am so impressed and will definitely be using them again :)

Highly recommend. We had locked ourselves out - Charlie was really friendly on the phone and Pip arrived 10 minutes later. Pip got us in with no problems very quickly and then stayed to rekey our locks which we had been meaning to do for a while. Pip went above and beyond the call of duty to adjust the latch on our porch door which has dropped a bit. Very friendly and fair - highly recommend. Thank you both
