Ali was absolutely brilliant. As soon as he heard that my little girl was locked in the car, he arrived within 10 min as promised as was very skillfull in retrieving the keys and opening the car. He also quickly made a copy for the key to ensure I had a spare key for future. He was kind, respectful, skillful and honest. It is a rare combination these days! He does not charge extortionate amount but it was sad to know that people still haggle with him and pay him less despite him literally saving the day. Thank you once again for your help.

Called them 30mins ago and they came in 20mins superb customer service amazing quote and I’m very happy that they were able to retrieve my key from my boot definitely will recommend if you’ve left your keys in your car or lost your keys.

Amazing service.. my car battery died this morning and I couldn't open the door. I called this gentleman, and explained it was urgent. He came within an hour. This gentleman did an amazing job to open my car to get it started. Definitely will use again, I just hope my battery will not die again 😂
