Lovely service, quick to turn up, and resolved very, very smoothly - worth every penny and highly recommended. While I hope that I'm not in the position to need an emergency locksmith again anytime soon, 24hrslocklondon is top of the list if I find myself there again. Thank you so much again!
Reliable and professional people I totally recommend
Unfortunatley we had a very bad experience with this service, me and my partner were locked out of our flat and this number was listed outside of our building. I called them and I was only informed that the locksmith would be here in 30 minutes. After the locksmith arrived we told him the situation, we needed to enter both the building and our flat. Both needed a fob to get in. The locksmith told me that he didnβt know how to get in so I had to wake up a neighbor to buzz us into the building. After we got in and arrived at my flat door. Marco the locksmith started immediately swearing and saying that he couldnβt get us in as he couldnβt open a fob door. He tried to open up the door with a card (to no avail), and took two photos of the door. He then said that we would have to pay him Β£59 even though he couldnβt let us in because it was after 22:00. Which would have gone up to Β£180 if he let us in. NO ONE informed us of this before hand, not the dispatcher, nor the locksmith Marco before he came. All he did was take a 10 minute taxi, not let us in, and rob our money. Again NOBODY INFORMED US OF THIS RULE. Me and my partner are two students and cost of living is high enough as it is, and this is extremely disappointing to have happened as well. I would never recommend this service to anyone and I would give this company 0 stars if I could. DONT KEEP CLIENTS IN THE DARK ABOUT THIS SCAM
