Cezair responded quickly to our lock emergency. He couldn’t fix it on the day but ordered a replacement part and kept me informed of the progress of the delivery. He then went over and above to fix my difficult lock . Highly recommend.
Had a great experience with London Locks. They came promptly, when they said they would, and the did the job in less than 10 mins. Very satisfied customer and would recommend.
Cesar was incredible!!! Super knowledgeable and friendly and awesome! Was in a bit of a jam and within 30mins he was here! What a great service and lovely guy!
A fantastic company - friendly and professional from start to finish. Gave great advice on what locks to pick, offering several options rather than just pushing an expensive one and were very generous with their knowledge. Came to do the fitting very quickly. Would use again and highly recommend.
I can’t thank Lloyd enough for his kindness and honesty. I lost my AirPods on the DLR yesterday and tracked them to London Locks. I went there expecting the worst, but Lloyd had safely kept them for me until I arrived. It’s rare to come across such genuine and trustworthy people these days. Brilliant and speedy service. Brad did a fantastic job at getting our front door open and replacing the lock. What could have been a very stressful experience for us was avoided by Brad, his quick work and professional service. Would highly recommend
These guys are very friendly, hard working and will sort any issue out with grace, professional courtesy and skill. Communication is tops, work rapid and resolution satisfying. I wouldn't go anywhere else for locks in London. Seriously good and completely trustworthy and honest. At a very reasonable and transparent price point. They even came out to my place south across the river to replace a lock barrel due to an issue with key cutting (not their fault) and resolved my issue without batting an eyelid. Everything was so open, quick and brilliant service overall. Thank you very much Lloyd and the team. Much appreciated! 💯
